Welcome to Peacock Pathway India Tours and Travel ("Peacock Pathway", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, tours, and services provided by Peacock Pathway. By making an enquiry, confirming a booking, or travelling with us, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit payment (typically 20% of the total tour cost, unless stated otherwise in your proposal).
The balance payment is due at least 30 days before the tour start date.
Bookings made less than 30 days before the start date require full payment at the time of booking.
Once confirmed, we will issue booking confirmation and/or a final itinerary by email or WhatsApp.
Prices, Quotes & Inclusions
Prices may be displayed in USD and INR.
All prices are subject to change before booking confirmation due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier pricing changes.
Your final proposal will clearly state what is included and what is not included (e.g., accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, meals, guides, entrance fees if applicable).
Unless explicitly stated in your proposal, airfare, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and other approved online payment platforms.
For Indian travellers, we can also support PhonePe (where available).
Any bank/transfer fees not specified in your confirmed proposal are the traveller's responsibility.
Travel Insurance
All travellers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost baggage.
Passports, Visas & Permits
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits for India.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, mobility considerations, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Peacock Pathway reserves the right to refuse participation to any traveller who may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as described, circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, political unrest, strikes, road closures, or local events) may require changes.
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and/or substitute accommodation with another of a similar standard if necessary.
Responsibility & Liability
Peacock Pathway acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers.
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or disruption caused by third parties, natural disasters, government actions, accidents, or events beyond our control.
We will make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving issues during your trip.
Traveller Conduct
We expect all travellers to behave respectfully toward local communities, cultural sites, guides, drivers, and other participants.
Peacock Pathway reserves the right to remove any traveller from a tour due to misconduct or unsafe behaviour, without refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp message timestamp accepted).
Cancellation by the Traveller

| 15–29 days | 50% of total tour cost |
| 7–14 days | 75% of total tour cost |
| Less than 7 days / No-show | 100% of total tour cost |
Refunds (if due) will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation.
Cancellation by Peacock Pathway
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to a natural disaster, operational issue, or unforeseen event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
Peacock Pathway is not responsible for additional costs such as flight changes or visa fees.
Changes by the Traveller
If you request a change to your confirmed booking (e.g., new dates, altered itinerary), we will do our best to accommodate it.
Minor changes may be made without charge; major changes may incur an administrative fee depending on supplier policies.
No-shows & Early Departures
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour once it has begun.
