Tour types

Package tours are multi-day journeys that typically include hotels with breakfast, transfers, and sightseeing as per the itinerary. Day tours are one-day experiences with transfers and sightseeing, designed for short stays—no hotel is included.

Planning

Yes. All tours can be tailored to your pace, interests, and must-see list. We can adjust timing, stops, hotel style (for package tours), and optional experiences to match your travel style.

Pricing

Starting prices vary by travel dates, say length, group size, hotel category, and supplier rates. We confirm the final price in your proposal before you book.

Inclusions

Package tours typically include hotel accommodation and breakfast, transfers, and sightseeing as per the itinerary. Your exact inclusions are always listed clearly in your confirmed proposal.

Booking

A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit payment (typically 20% of the total tour cost, unless stated otherwise).

Cancellations

Cancellation fees depend on how close you are to the tour start date: 45+ days: full refund minus 10% admin fee; 30–44 days: 25% of total tour cost; 15–29 days: 50%; 7–14 days: 75%; less than 7 days/no-show: 100%. Written cancellation by email or WhatsApp (timestamp accepted) is required.

Refunds

If a refund is due, it will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your written cancellation request.

Practical info

Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost baggage.

Privacy

We may collect your name and contact details (email/phone), travel dates and preferences, and booking details. Passport details may be requested only when required for travel arrangements.
